Thank you so much for being a part of this project. This book is provided in both text and audiobook for your convenience.

This book is apparently so controversial that the publisher has tried to get out of having to publish it. As part of an agreement between me and them, they will print the 1st Edition of this book, with 8 chapters and the introduction removed and under a fake publishing company name and logo. This website contains the full uncensored book with those banned chapters.

The book you’re about to read is the 1st Edition. This means that if you provide your feedback in a timely manner,  your feedback may actually become part of the 2nd Edition, that we are pitching to larger publishing companies, notorious for publishing books other publishers found too controversial to print.

To provide your feedback, please comment heavily in the pages of the book on this website, engage in the group discussions and let your voice be heard. I will read, and respond to, all comments and will consider them as I write the 2nd Edition.

Before we continue, I would like to honor my father and mother, brother and sister who long suffered to make this possible. Thank you mom for naming the book.
